Return Policy

 

OVERVIEW

This Return Policy applies to all services, products, and at-home testing kits purchased through Gabriel Integrative Medicine. By purchasing from our website, booking services, or ordering testing kits, you agree to this Return Policy. Our goal is to ensure clarity and fairness in handling returns, cancellations, and refunds.

SECTION 1 – CONSULTATION SERVICES

  • All consultation services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

  • If you wish to reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the scheduled time) are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

 

SECTION 2 – AT-HOME TESTING KITS (DUTCH, AxGen, and Others)

  • Gabriel Integrative Medicine is proud to partner with trusted laboratories including DUTCH (Precision Analytical Inc.) and AxGen (Applied Genetic Technologies). All DUTCH and AxGen testing kits are fulfilled, processed, and regulated by these laboratories directly.
    As such, all purchases and returns of testing kits are subject to the individual laboratory’s rules, policies, and procedures.

  • Testing kits are non-refundable once they have been shipped.

  • If a cancellation request is made before a kit is shipped, a refund will be issued minus a $25 administrative processing fee.

  • If a kit arrives defective, damaged, or missing components, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so that we may coordinate with the lab for a replacement.
    Replacement eligibility is subject to laboratory approval.

  • Important: Gabriel Integrative Medicine cannot offer refunds for testing kits once they are shipped, processed, or activated by the laboratory, even if unused.
    Any further disputes regarding testing kit issues must be handled according to
    DUTCH or AxGen policies.

 

SECTION 3 – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (If Applicable)

  • Physical wellness products (if offered) must be unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.

  • Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage will not be eligible for return or refund.

 

SECTION 4 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS (If Applicable)

Any digital products, downloads, or educational resources are non-refundable once purchased and delivered, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

 

SECTION 5 – PROCESSING REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies.

  • Shipping charges, administrative fees, and non-refundable service fees (such as cancellation fees) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

SECTION 6 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Completed consultations

  • Shipped or activated testing kits

  • Used or opened wellness products

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

 

SECTION 7 – EXCEPTIONS

In special cases involving documented medical emergencies or significant service issues, we may, at our sole discretion, issue partial refunds or credits toward future services. Requests must be made in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

SECTION 8 – CHANGES TO THIS RETURN POLICY

Gabriel Integrative Medicine reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy before making a purchase or booking a service.
